Terms of Service

By using GhostHosts services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

GhostHosts provides shared web hosting, managed WordPress hosting, and virtual private server (VPS) hosting. All services are paid exclusively with cryptocurrency.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are made in cryptocurrency via our payment processor. The minimum billing term is 3 months. Annual billing receives a 25% discount. 3-year prepayment includes a free tier upgrade. Payments are non-refundable once the service has been provisioned.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use GhostHosts services for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, phishing, or any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime for all services. This is a best-effort target, not a guarantee. GhostHosts is affordable hosting, not enterprise-grade infrastructure. We will do our best to keep your services running reliably.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect minimal information. We do not require KYC or identity verification. Your hosting data is your responsibility. We recommend maintaining your own backups.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate service at the end of a billing period. Accounts that remain unpaid after the 3-day grace period will be suspended. Data is retained for 14 days after suspension, then permanently deleted.
